Wait A Minute Mister Postman; Postcard Party 22

As much as I love Christmas there is just something about Easter that moves me even more.  I am sure it is a combination of beautiful Easter Sunday morning memories and the promise of warmer weather just around the corner.

Growing up in the Midwest, Easter was my milestone telling me that I made it through the long , dark winter and that bright warmer days were on the way.  The message of Jesus' Resurrection and the special church service would fill my heart with hope and joy that the cold months of January and February seemed to have stole away.  Throw in some baby bunnies, chicks, and the bright pastels and how could I not be filled with optimism?  Not to mention all of the Chocolate! (it heals the soul)
